DNSnetworks is responsible for developing and executing communications strategies for a wide range of internal and external audiences that support DNSnetworks and its brands by ensuring continuous strategic objectives. The team manages DNSnetworks' reputation, and works with senior executives to enhance the public perception as a leader in technology solutions, research, innovation and security. The team oversees all aspects of the organization's brand, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Implement social media strategies for multiple channels for TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity and, understanding of for social media and digital culture, and trends as well as creative techniques.
  • Knowledge of design tools, photo editing software, and video editing applications to craft attention-grabbing visuals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar for multiple customers.
  • The ability to plan and execute a consistent posting schedule while juggling various content types and campaigns is vital.
  • Ability to use data to inform strategy and detect new opportunities, while experimental with content and campaigns, monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives and make data-centric decisions
  • Possess a strong understanding of technology and tech terminology, enabling effective communication with our target audience.
  • Bilingual (while not mandatory, bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

  • Visual design:?As a social media marketing specialist you'll not only be a competent creative writer, you'll also be able to turn your hand to graphic design, animation, and more - all in a bid to continually deliver compelling social content to your would-be customers.

  • Analytical mindset:?Despite being creative, a social media specialist also needs to have a head for numbers and be able to interpret analytics data in order to make key decisions that can impact the effectiveness of social campaigns.   • Customer service:?Social media marketing isn't just about creating content and managing campaigns; there's also a reactive element, too.
