Trotman Auto Group is seeking an energetic and dynamic digital marketing assistant to support the marketing efforts of our dealer group.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help contribute to the success of a leading auto group that is working to consistently deliver a customer experience with trust, ease and convenience.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role working from one of our dealerships. You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns and managing the digital presence for our auto dealerships. This will include analyzing and tracking web analytics, developing social media content and campaigns, managing online marketing strategies, content writing and optimization, and implementing strategies that will increase awareness and leads for TAG dealerships.
Schedule: Full-Time
Remuneration: $45,000 - $65,000 per yearWhat We Offer:

Who You Are:
- 2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience for a brand or company
- Excellent written communication skills, specifically related to blog writing and social captions
- High attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Experience growing following and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience managing multiple brands or voices
- Google and Facebook Ads experience preferred, but not required
- Automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with email marketing preferred, but not required
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across all digital platforms (website, email, social media, paid advertising)
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Create, edit, and manage engaging content for social media, the TAG website, and individual dealer websites.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
Compose compelling monthly blog posts for dealer websites.
Create engaging content for dealer websites that is also optimized for search engines.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market trends
Optimize and manage online reputation platforms, including Google Business Profile and Apple Maps
