Overview of Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven ability to execute and oversee integrated multi-channel digital campaigns to join an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing real estate private equity firm. A key member of the dynamic marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP, Marketing.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Greybrook's integrated digital marketing initiatives. Through a strategic mindset and a broad range of digital marketing skills, they will proactively drive the optimization of Greybrook's digital presence, increasing brand awareness, product demand and creating a consistent end-to-end experience for key audiences. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and be accountable for all aspects of our digital capabilities across the firm's various digital channels to support Greybrook's overall business priorities and key objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop, implement and manage the firm's end-to-end digital presence and capabilities across various channels;
  • Oversee organic and paid media strategies and initiatives focused on brand awareness, lead generation and engagement of key audiences;
  • Design and implement integrated omni-channel customer journeys across all digital channels and communication platforms;
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that leverages various content formals (ie blog posts, white papers, case studies) to educate target audiences and establish firm's subject matter expertise;
  • Lead and manage marketing automation programs for events, webcasts and email campaigns;
  • Oversee website management and SEO strategies to optimize page ranking;
  • Supervise the development of engaging and visually appealing marketing content across marketing platforms, including social media, digital campaigns and events;
  • Ensure the creation and editing of multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and infographics, meets strategic goals;
  • Manage budgets and resources for digital marketing projects and initiatives;
  • Produce and analyze regular reporting on digital marketing metrics to drive marketing effectiveness and leverage data-driven insights;
  • Collaborate with various business units to develop engaging content that is aligned with key messaging and business objectives;
  • Conduct ongoing research into digital trends, identifying new marketing tools to drive better outcomes and stay ahead of industry changes;
  • Manage and develop relationships with third party vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A creative marketing expert with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing capacity;
  • Experience within a financial/investment-oriented firm or a creative agency working with investment oriented or development clients;
  • Post-Secondary education required, preferably with a focus in marketing, communications or advertising;
  • A dynamic professional who is looking for an opportunity to be a value creator in a fast-paced and high-performance environment;
  • Team player, as well as, independent self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhanced capabilities;

Key Attributes

  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing strategies and tactics across all platforms and communication channels including but not limited to web management, social media, paid marketing, marketing automation, and SEO/SEM;
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and campaign reporting;
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write compelling marketing messaging;
  • Demonstrated creative design experience with graphic and video editing an asset;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong finance, economics and real estate acumen an asset.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
