Position Summary:

As a Director, Product Marketing, you are a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator, with proven experience

in conveying value and driving revenue from the Kindsight platform. You are primarily responsible for product

positioning, core messaging, technical content development, competitive analysis, and field enablement materials.

You will also play a critical role in defining go-to-market strategies for the platform and capitalizing on customer

success with the platform. You will have a deep understanding of Kindsight's markets, customers, and competitors for

use in the formulation of business and product strategy, marketing requirements, content, and demand generation

programs.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with other teams within the company

including Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will be intimately familiar with the product launch process and

will take a high degree of ownership from insights generation all the way to early go-to-market motions.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with product management and overall product team to support product roadmap, product
  • releases, and product positioning
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and collateral that enable effective selling into various
  • customer segments
  • Create and manage pricing and overall product packaging strategy
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that translates product capabilities and features into
  • customer-focused benefits
  • Gather, analyze, and monitor competitive intelligence that will help inform product development, sales, and
  • marketing strategies
  • Be an internal and external product expert, leading webinars and presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Represent Kindsight at various industry conferences, interact with and gain insight from industry thought
  • leaders
  • Work with clients to develop case studies, references, and testimonials
  • Have a deep understanding of audience segments and customer personas, and effectively adapt our core
  • product and commercial messaging.
  • Develop and own our playbook for driving adoption of various new products and features, working closely
  • with colleagues across Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Surface customer and competitor insights that enrich our understanding of the Kindsight Products and of our buyer personas.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product marketing or related experience (at a B2B SaaS company), including 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Bachelors degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, while working across diverse teams
  • Highly organized project manager, ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internal and external
  • Excellent communicator, with an ability to influence and compel through a confident and credible delivery
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and have private in-home office space and high-speed internet
  • connection (if remote or hybrid)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly
  • and persuasively.
  • Knowledge of the non-profit and fundraising industries or a keen desire to learn
  • Ability to travel to head office in Charlottetown, PE when needed (if not in PEI)
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America, as required
