Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role :
As a pivotal role on the marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager is a problem solver who works across the team to identify optimization opportunities. This role will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the strategic use of technology, data analysis, and process optimization.
Responsibilities involve identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to advance our marketing efforts. Key areas include campaign support, email marketing and automation, project management, reporting and analytics, data hygiene, funnel management, tool oversight, segmentation, testing and compliance.

What you will be doing:
- Campaign Support - working with all functions of the marketing team, you'll support program creation and execution with the ultimate goal of driving new qualified pipeline.
- Email Marketing and Automation - you'll own our marketing automation tool ensuring email programs, nurture programs, lead flows, automations and landing pages are optimized.
- Project Management - you'll help us run projects across the marketing team by taking overall responsibility for Asana.
- Reporting and Analytics - working with Revenue Operations you'll develop and maintain program reporting and ROI through always-on dashboards.
- Marketing Data - you'll implement data hygiene strategies ensuring synchronization from marketing tools to Salesforce for duplication, verification, enrichment and cleansing of the database.
- Funnel Management - you'll play a critical role in architecting and refining lifecycle and revenue models reviewing stages, score and grading strategies.
- Marketing Tools - you'll support the marketing team with training and overall oversight of existing tools and future tools (ex. Intent, SMS distribution, referral).
- Segmentation - you'll manage list segmentation and scoring to support marketing in delivering more targeted and relevant messages .
- Testing and Optimization - you'll provide insights across the team to enable experimentation.
- Email Management - you'll ensure deliverability by maintaining a healthy email domain and manage the Preference Centre for database accuracy and compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CASL (Canada's anti-spam legislation), and other international privacy laws.
- Continuous Learning - you'll stay up to date with industry trends driving innovation and efficiencies across the team
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations within a SaaS and B2B environment
- Minimum 3 years as a marketing automation administrator. A Pardot certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with other core marketing technologies.
- Strang analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders.
