Summary:
Responsibilities:
· Oversees product calls in the provinces and ensures that they accurately represent the vision and objectives of the company.
· Negotiates and renews contracts with Key Accounts in all provinces, ensuring that Key Account objectives are met and exceed expectations.
· Ensure the execution of the growth plan defined by the company's management in terms of sales and monthly and quarterly objectives.
· Supervise and lead the sales team and ensure that each representative is coached and has clear objectives. Ensuring that they do their job efficiently, professionally and representing the company vision.
· Create plans and strategies with Key Accounts to align with our quarterly goals.
· Prepares and presents regular reports on sales data in the provinces, various Key Accounts, market trends and sales growth projections to present to management and the partner as needed (SQDC, OCS, RETAILERS, KEY ACCOUNT PARTNER)
· Regularly evaluate the performance of Key Accounts or data deals to ensure that they are fulfilling their contract and make corrections as needed to align everything with company objectives.
· Manages sales forecast, files and budget plans for sales and marketing.
· Manages budgets in collaboration with management for sales and marketing and provides a strategy and quarterly plan for both areas.
· Must commit to providing the marketing team with statistics and strategy during the brainstorming and submission period.
· Makes sure to organize for the team and participate in or coordinate events and represent the company while developing a network to ensure you stay informed about the industry in general.
· Work on the different B2B, domestic, or other partnerships.
· Ensure an effective and strategic presence in the target markets.
· Coordinate branding and ensure that sales and marketing is well coordinated.
· Launch the company's brand in collaboration with management, the winds team and marketing in the target markets.
· In charge of B2B sales and helping to find different partners to ensure good, solid deals that are lucrative for the company.
Must Have:
· Minimum of 3 - 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in the cannabis industry.
· Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and lead high-performing sales teams.
· Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both team members and clients.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance management tools.
· Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.
· Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
