We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our eCommerce marketing efforts across key channels, including website, email, SMS, social media, and SEO. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality content and experiences, with a strong focus on aesthetics, style, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize all eCommerce marketing channels, including website, email, SMS, social media, and SEO.

Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy for social media, focusing on high-quality copywriting, scheduling, and audience engagement.

Ensure that brand identity and messaging are consistent across all channels and reflect a commitment to style, quality, and customer experience.

Analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Maintain and regularly update website and email content to align with promotions and brand initiatives.

Optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search visibility for relevant terms.

Oversee SMS marketing campaigns to increase conversions and customer interaction.

Stay informed of the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly within eCommerce, to keep strategies innovative and competitive.

Understand the needs and preferences of our target audience to craft marketing campaigns that resonate with their lifestyle and values.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.

Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (website, email, SMS, social media, and SEO).

Strong copywriting skills preferred, with experience in creating compelling content for social media and email marketing.

Passion for style, quality, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Strong ability to pull and analyze basic performance metrics and track campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ongoing monitoring, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Experience in interpreting data insights and familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is a plus
