PROFILE SUMMARY

As the Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind all marketing activities for an exciting portfolio of Wesgroup's diverse developments. You will manage schedules, coordinate with internal and external partners, and create and execute marketing plans to ensure every project delivers on the company's standards, on budget and on time. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads for the sales team, and ensuring the successful promotion of our real estate projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Overall strategic planning and execution of marketing activities for multiple residential developments, including ongoing coordination with sales, development, and construction departments while managing project marketing scopes, presentation centres, budgets and timelines.
  • Direct collaboration with and oversight of suppliers and vendors to produce various creative outputs, including branding for new projects, all marketing assets and collateral, media planning, and sales centre design.
  • Regular visits to all Wesgroup communities within your portfolio, checking in with project sales teams, ensuring our brand standards are being maintained in the public sphere (e.g. signage) and keeping a pulse on the real estate market in our region.
  • Collaborate with Director, Project Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager and actively participate in brainstorming and tactical meetings with the broader marketing and sales teams to generate new ideas for market penetration, advertising campaigns, and sales activations.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Email marketing campaign execution and collaboration with the Communications team to effectively share relevant key project messages across Wesgroup's social media platforms and databases.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate marketing and project management related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of effective product positioning and the importance of brand, aesthetic.
  • Has worked in an environment without a deeply prescribed structure / daily direction; exhibits a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. Likes and thrives with autonomy.
  • Experience in effectively managing vendor relations across various marketing initiatives; able to create clear and concise briefs and provide effective feedback.
  • Experience leading projects that require extensive cross-department coordination and teamwork.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong computer skills; a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Figma is an asset.
  • Familiarity with key digital initiatives, including CRM software, web application development processes, the benefits of SEO, and Google products including GA4, Ads, and Webmaster Tools.
  • A valid driver's license and a vehicle, to facilitate visits to and from Wesgroup's different sites across the Lower Mainland.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic, with strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Secondary language proficiency is an asset but not a requirement.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
