PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - ENCIRCLE

Our easy-to-use software platform enables thousands of restoration contractors and insurance professionals around the world to process claims faster. About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our product marketing team to add rocket-fuel to Encircle's growth. Working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success, you will serve as an architect for Encircle's growth by:
- Understanding the property insurance claim industry.
- Representing the voice of the restoration contractor..
- Crafting the messages that highlight Encircle's unique value.
- Enabling the messengers at every stage of the buyer's journey.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, as a Product Marketing Manager at Encircle, you'll be supporting go-to-market activities for current and future solutions. Today this includes Encircle's Field Documentation Platform for restoration contractors. You'll build messaging frameworks and assets for product/features launches, developing persona-based content, enabling customer-facing teams, and much more.
What you will be doing:
Positioning, Messaging & Storytelling
- Create stand-out positioning, messaging, and strategies that differentiate Encircle in the market and resonate with the target audience.
- Engage with customers, customer-facing teams, and Product Management to understand the customer pain points and value of our solutions and translate them into messaging.
- Work with marketing to ensure market-facing assets reflect core value propositions and unique differentiators.
Launch Planning & Execution
- Create and effectively communicate product/feature launch plans.
- Work cross-functionally to define and measure success for each launch.
- Project manage product/feature launches.
Competitive Intelligence & Enablement
- Review competitive alternatives to help our teams stay up to speed on the latest industry trends.
- Arm sales with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully win against the competition.
Customer & Market Expertise
- Establish a deep understanding of our market and target audience and how to sell and market to each segment and persona.
- Understand and address objections, points of friction, and barriers to adoption.
Enablement
- Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a consistent and compelling story about our product.
- Educate internal teams to ensure positioning, value proposition, and personas become cemented in the minds of all employees.
- Work in close collaboration with the demand generation team to execute the strategy and campaigns that drive demand for our product and increase feature adoption.
Content
- Prepare briefs and/or create enablement materials and marketing content for buyers to consume in a variety of formats that support all stages of the customer buying cycle, including sales presentations, brochures, white papers, demos, customer stories, infographics, videos, eBooks, web pages, online events, and industry conferences.
- Plan, prepare, and host product-focused webinars.
What You'll Bring

- Post-secondary degree in business and/or marketing.
- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience is preferred, though a background in sales, customer success, and/or product management with a keen interest in, and awareness of product marketing could work too!
- A passion for understanding customer motivations, behaviors, and needs.
- You're a communicator and a storyteller. You have a track record of translating features into compelling product narratives that you are comfortable communicating to internal stakeholders and to external audiences.
- You're collaborative. You enjoy working together with your team and cross-functionally.
- You're creative. You have a habit of challenging the way things have always been done.
- You're curious and love to ask questions.
- You're obsessively organized. You have a propensity to think through details and be a couple of steps ahead.
- You're comfortable managing simultaneous projects and prioritizing requests based on company objectives.
Bonus Points
- Pragmatic Marketing and/or Product Marketing Alliance courses completed.
- Understanding of the restoration process for property insurance claims.
- Knowledge of Pendo for product insights and Navattic for interactive demos.
