Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing Automation Specialist to join a growing and fast-paced marketing team, working in vibrant offices in Toronto Downtown. With fantastic office perks, we're the perfect place for high achievers to grow and thrive.

The Role

  • Use Marketo to implement new campaigns and programs (e.g. email nurture campaigns, webinars, events, gated content) working across all client and prospect facing communications to drive engagement and conversions
  • Assist with management and monitoring of multiple nurture programs, conducting regular reviews and analysis to help ensure leads progress through the sales funnel
  • Design and create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and other campaign assets
  • Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize automated workflows to improve performance and ROI
  • Ensuring seamless integration of Marketo with our CRM (Salesforce) to improve quality of information for our sales team
  • Integrating and managing relevant third-party softwares (e.g. GotoWebinar, RingCentral) with Marketo
  • Maintain/Improve database hygiene for effective segmentation, personalization
  • Collaborate with the necessary teams to implement, and measure campaign lifecycles through acquisition, conversion, and retention and ensure alignment of automation efforts with overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor, manage, and optimise campaigns and campaign assets to improve ROI, using Marketo's analytics suite to report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
  • Help implement new product features to enhance Marketo's functionality

Mandatory Skills

  • 1-2 years of Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (preferably Marketo, certification preferred)
  • Experience with lead scoring systems, A/B testing and audience segmentation
  • Strong email marketing, campaign experience and knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Strong communication, analytical skills and ability to use data for informed decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Familiarity with webhooks and API integration
  • Knowledge of any programming language and experience in improving processes is considered an asset
