RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers by phone; advise and offer solutions adapted to their needs
- Establish a climate of trust with the client in order to promote products, services and client retention
- Provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service
- Provide a unique experience through the quality of your service delivery
- Act as an expert on our products and services
- Analyze customer needs based on account and billing information
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities during customer interactions by recommending additional services or products based on their needs.
- Effectively communicate the value of products and services to encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to promote the benefits of product upgrades or add-ons that meet the customer's specific needs.
- Maximize customer retention by offering targeted solutions and promotions that encourage loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
- Handle objections and provide alternative solutions to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and leveraging sales opportunities during customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent Mandarin or
Cantonese communication skills (knowledge of both languages is a plus)
- English language is an asset but not required
- Customer focused, positive attitude, empathy and good listening skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities to offer products and services that meet customer needs.
- Experience in handling objections and turning potential rejections into successful sales.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable promoting products or services in a customer-focused manner.
