HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Marketing

• Proposal Support
• Participate in and facilitate strategy sessions for pursuits and other marketing efforts. Conduct research ahead of pursuit meetings to develop strategies.
• Design and produce proposals and qualifications packages in collaboration with others in the firm.
• Write non-technical portions of the proposal (cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, team qualifications, win themes).
• Facilitate meetings throughout the pursuit cycle and monitor the progress of all pursuit activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop material and talking points for interviews and other engagements.
• Develop and maintain assets for pursuits.
• Maintain our customer relationship management database for contact information, opportunity tracking, and proposal production.

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with and support marketing and business development team members across the marketing team on corporate marketing projects and campaigns.
• Assist with industry/client/market sector research.
• Support strategic and tactical support across sectors and studios.
• Produce business development and sales materials, as required.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Strategic thinker who is passionate about city building and design.
• Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Strong project management skills, the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects at one time.
• Skilled at the art of storytelling through written and graphic communication.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign. Other Adobe Creative Suite products is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• University Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in the AEC industry is an asset
