What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced designer who will help create visually stunning and consistent ad creatives that drive growth across paid channels. This role works closely with the Marketing and Growth departments to gain insight and understanding of our brand and goals for success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design original creative assets and content to be used throughout multiple channels
Create beautiful work that is also impactful - hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate) while keeping the user and our brand in mind.
Be a vivid storyteller, following best in class direct to consumer marketing principles.
Build and track a repository of marketing materials organized by product and use case
Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and high standards are met across all our collateral
Contribute thoughtful and elegant design ideas to help drive our social media presence forward and set us apart from the competition
Be a self-starter. As a resourceful and resilient self-starter, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a visual designer with 2+ years professional experience working in digital media / design
A high proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Sketch, Illustrator, and In-Design) with Figma as a plus
Strong conceptual digital design and layout skills
An outstanding team contributor who can provide a thoughtful viewpoint on brand and marketing design in a flexible and easygoing way-you are well-versed in giving and receiving feedback constructively
