As Marketing Manager, you will grow qualified leads and increase brand awareness by informing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. You're all about researching your target audience to develop the perfect messaging and creative content that gets attention while providing accurate information. You've got experience managing a budget and buying media for a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Your recommendations are driven by a solid understanding of analytics, and you can clearly and effectively present insights to different stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team in developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified leads to our website.
  • Research a variety of target audiences to develop messaging and inform creative content for paid and owned media.
  • Purchase and A/B test advertising on a variety of online and offline channels including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Spotify, email, billboards, rec centres, malls, bus shelters, radio, newspapers, magazines, streaming ads, and more.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, organic social channels, newsletters, and blogs that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Present recommendations on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze stakeholder behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team to streamline the brand and increase brand awareness through all the organization's activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • At least two years' experience in a management position.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Experience buying media (online and offline).
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing, specifically paid social media and Google Ads.
  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • A track record of optimizing lead generation and lead conversion.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Solid knowledge of website and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience managing a budget.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player who is comfortable with collaboration.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience with graphic design.
  • Experience with video production.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with event management.
