What You Will Do:

• Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth and enhance brand positioning.
• Identify and analyze emerging market trends to drive targeted business development strategies.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine market positioning and audience engagement.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and track campaign performance for continuous optimization.
• Lead the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Implement brand recognition strategies, including SEO, social media, and market outreach.
• Manage high-impact content creation, such as multimedia materials, to showcase QM Environmental's capabilities.
• Coordinate and host events, trade shows, and relationship-building opportunities to foster customer engagement.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth.
• Expertise in branding, external communications, and digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
