Associate Brand Manager

As the Associate Brand Manager on the Ready-to-Drink alcohol portfolio at Keurig Dr Pepper, your role will extend across marketing functions to support both brand and omni-channel initiatives, driving excellence and growth across the portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the vision and growth strategy for a priority portfolio - inclusive of influencing the innovation agenda, cross functional collaboration, integrated planning and ensuring best in class execution. Responsibilities:
- Support & collaborate with the KDP and Mark Anthony teams throughout the annual & strategic planning processes. Help to execute the KDP Ready-to-Drink portfolio vision and develop go-to market plans by conducting in-depth analyses of the category, competitors, and consumers.
- Lead the development process for the national go-to-market toolbox, including all in-store tools and sell-in documents with consultation and approval of the KDP team. Full sales support tools including regional specific sell sheets, pitch books and branded displays along with supporting the development of ad-hoc customer specific programming.
- Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns & brand projects including, but not limited to, advertising (TV, digital & social creative & media planning), promotions, PR, and packaging to support innovation, build brand equity and drive awareness. Analyze business results and brand health metrics to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized.
- Build strong relationships and develop clear communication internally with the cross functional teams as well as with all external partners including agencies and Mark Anthony teams to drive program development and alignment that delivers results.
- Support in the development and deployment of annual omni marketing strategies and activities (national campaigns, account-specific support, in-store brand activations, displays/signage, mobile/digital/social media elements) for key retailers.
- Work cross functionally to support end-to-end product launches and bring the innovation to life through integrated launch strategies, packaging, execution and post launch tracking and analysis. Work collaboratively with the Insights and Innovation team to understand market trends that uncover white space opportunities and support portfolio growth.
- Become the Ready-to-Drink category expert and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape. Monitor and analyze consumer & market trends to identify issues and opportunities to grow the portfolio. Leverage and analyze data (ACD consumer insights, customer POS) to provide tracking, analysis and to support the planning and review process.
- Actively co-manage the brand and omni marketing budget including planning, reconciliation and reporting.
- Measure and report performance of both brand and omni marketing activities, making recommendations for optimization to ensure best-in-class programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Business and/or Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in brand management or omni-channel marketing; CPG / Beverage Alcohol experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management and coordination within a company.
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional team.

- Good knowledge and understanding of the Canadian CPG/FMCG/Alcohol industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Nielsen and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
