We are seeking a Marketing Support Assistant to join our marketing team. This organized and creative individual will play a key role in digital marketing efforts and content creation across multiple platforms. The role will also support the entire marketing team with administrative tasks related to budgets, reporting, and marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is both detail-oriented and innovative, able to handle both the creative and operational sides of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with marketing team administrative tasks, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and creating performance reports.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Support: Create engaging posts, graphics, and copy to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and content resources for the marketing team.
  • Marketing Automation & Website Management: Help maintain and update content on the company's WordPress website. Assist with website design updates as needed.
  • Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • 2+ year experience with CRM and/or marketing automation (preferably Hubspot)
  • Knowledge of digital ad campaigns and SEO
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of content and design work is required.
