MoxiWorks is a leading property technology SaaS company founded by one of the industry's leading real estate brokerage companies. As the industry undergoes significant change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine the accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents so they can be more productive in finding, winning, and closing more deals.

We seek, via our Canadian partner Softmax Data, a Marketing Operations Manager who will oversee the operational aspects of our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless campaign execution, accurate metrics tracking, and continuous improvement of our marketing processes to maximize their ROI and efficiency. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, a focus on operational excellence, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support defining marketing campaign objectives, strategies, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of new and existing marketing technology tools such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Led the analysis and interpretation of marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving ROAS/ROMI.
  • Manage and report on campaign and source attribution data tracking
  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene and integrity within marketing systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize various campaign elements, including email subject lines, landing pages, and calls to action.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Create accurate reports to assist leadership with decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the other members of the revenue operations function on CRM projects, architecture, data flow, and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
  • Deep proficiency in marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot, and with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment that is execution and results-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness for a hybrid position in our upcoming Vancouver office (estimated 3 days/week).

The range for this role is up to CAD$100-125k depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data benefits include:
