JOB SUMMARY:

Our dynamic Group Benefits Marketing team delivers innovative digital marketing solutions that prioritize health and wellness benefits and experiences. Our goal is to empower our customers to live better, healthier lives, and build strong organizations. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Marketing Consultant, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and promote our brand and products. Working in close collaboration with Product, Distribution, and Technology teams, the Marketing Manager will execute innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and digital adoption of Group Benefits products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product team in the creation and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Write, edit, and generate high-quality omni-channel marketing collateral for external clients
  • Design, develop, and deliver digital marketing content using our agency and/or design software and tools
  • Collaborate closely with our creative agency to ideate, conceptualize, and craft innovative and impactful creative concepts and designs
  • Execute new and existing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with targeted business metrics and objectives
  • Manage projects efficiently, working in a cross-functional environment while ensuring delivery deadlines met and content requirements in place
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaigns and report on program effectiveness 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to build, draft, and edit written marketing collateral that is impactful and compelling
  • Possess an analytical mind that can measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns using data and insights
  • Familiar with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Positive relationship management skills at all levels of the organization 
  • Self-starter, motivated, and critical thinker 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University or college degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to create, draft, and edit written marketing collateral that drives awareness, engagement and action
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Smartsheet)
  • Experience working with marketing automation and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to develop innovative solutions and improve business processes.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate and utilize them to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns using data and insights
  • Process- and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Solutions-focused mindset

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HTML is an asset
  • French is an asset
