ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Instagram Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for driving user growth through social media, building brand awareness, and fostering a vibrant online community. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing official media accounts across various platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a proven ability to create engaging content and collaborate with influencers and KOLs to boost user acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Snaplii's growth objectives to drive new user acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage and create content for social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Redbook), tailored to platform-specific audiences.
  • Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and partner channels to promote Snaplii and meet growth KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencer agencies, leveraging partnerships to maximize brand reach and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for Snaplii's growth on social platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics, preparing regular reports with actionable insights to enhance performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and coordinate online and offline events to increase user interest and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in social media, continuously refining strategies to keep Snaplii ahead.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing official social media accounts, with demonstrated success in user growth and engagement.
  • Expertise in using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for brand growth and awareness.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Proven experience collaborating with influencers and managing campaign partnerships.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination, able to manage end-to-end event processes independently.
  • Exceptional communication and content creation skills, able to craft engaging, platform-appropriate messaging.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong design sense and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude.
