Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has a passion for digital marketing. This role is perfect for a quick learner who excels at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Development:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing to create and implement outreach campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Content Creation:

  • Copywrite, edit and proofread engaging marketing content, including social media posts, case studies, email newsletters, website articles, and other materials tailored to our target audience.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing of social media and website marketing materials.
  • Create eye-catching marketing materials using graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) ensuring all outputs align with our brand identity.

CRM Management:

  • Manage, customize, and optimize Salesforce CRM to improve lead generation, campaign execution, and data accuracy.
  • Partner with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.

Website Management:

  • Coordinate website content management, including updates, new page creation, and maintenance of a marketing asset library (images, presentations, videos).
  • Perform website audits to ensure content remains current, optimized for search engines, and free of broken links.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for web publishing and technical support needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in Marketing, Communications, or Business Development, with a proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and website management (WordPress). Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is essential.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM, and experience with tools (SEMrush).
  • 1-2 years experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in website management and digital marketing, with strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and social media strategies.
  • Fluent in English.
