About the Regional Sales Director Role
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Director will lead the Key Accounts and Field Sales Teams in Alberta & Saskatchewan with accountability for the Development of Team Members, Expansion of PMA Brands within off and on premise Customers and Delivery of Business Objectives.

- Minimum Execution Standard (MES) Outcomes vs Target by Brand Expression & Banner / Brand Expression & Market
- Shopper Conversion Driver (SCD) Outcomes vs Target by Brand & Banner / Brand & Market
- Bi Weekly Business Unit Performance Review Sessions with the VP Sales
- Bi Weekly Shipment & Distribution Status vs Target Review Sessions with Key Account Managers
- Bi Weekly 1:1 MES / SCD Status vs Target Review Sessions with Sales Managers
- Phased Monthly Shipment Forecast by Brand Expression & Banner Feeding into National S&OP Forum
- Monthly Scorecard on Key Business Metrics & Competitive Gaming by Banner & Province
- Monthly Business Performance Review Sessions with VP Sales & Individual Direct Reports
- Investment Control within Budget by Brand Expression & Banner for the Business Unit

Experience & Other Requirements
- Written & Verbal Fluency English
- Minimum 7 Years Experience in Sales Management within On and Off Premise channels
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Key Account Management (Beverage Alcohol or CPG)
- Sales Experience within Beverage Alcohol Industry in Western Canada strongly preferred
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Complex Customer Relationships
- Valid Driver's License with Fully Insured & Reliable Transportation
- Minimum 20% of Time in Field
- Hybrid Working Environment based in Calgary, Alberta
- Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
- Must be of Legal Drinking Age
