We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the success of Hayward's advanced technology products. In this role, you'll blend creativity and analytical expertise to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, supporting product launches, and delivering exceptional marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
- Marketing Program Execution: Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive demand for Hayward products.
- Customer Insights & Research: Assist in research projects to gather customer and end-user insights, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer purchase data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across channels.
- Campaign Management: Help develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including:
- Print and digital advertising
- Website content creation (messaging, visuals, videos)
- Social media and public relations
- Promotions and cross-promotions
- Trade shows and dealer/consumer events
- Co-marketing with third-party brands
- New Product Launches: Coordinate with product development teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years of experience managing marketing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with agencies and vendors.
- Experience in consumer products or global markets is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and a dynamic, team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically, with occasional overnight stays.
