Additionally, this position will support the marketing activities of the parent company, KioSoft Technologies/TechTrex Inc. - a world leader in unattended payment & kiosk solutions. RC Coffee is in fact the showcase of KioSoft Technologies LLC's Coffee Kiosk solution. KioSoft has been rooted in Canada since 2003, bringing contactless payment innovation to tire inflators and air vacuums at gas stations nationwide, in addition to car washes and laundry rooms. The company has expanded into Coffee to facilitate automation with ease of use while delivering outstanding quality. KioSoft is offering its Coffee technology to foodservice and hospitality partners in the US and worldwide under a new brand, KioCafé.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator - Events & Digital to join our team. This role will focus on executing large-scale tradeshows and events while also supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and has a passion for managing both on-ground events and digital marketing campaigns.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute large-scale tradeshows, exhibitions, and company events.
  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in developing booth designs, layouts, and interactive experiences to maximize attendee engagement.
  • Handle event-related materials, shipping, and onsite setup support as needed.
  • Track and analyze event performance, generating post-event reports with actionable insights.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in the execution of paid advertisements in industry publications and online platforms.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content planning, creation, and performance tracking.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives, such as case studies, testimonials, and targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain and update content on company websites and landing pages as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, agencies, and partners involved in marketing projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tradeshow planning and execution is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination and/or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, social media advertising).
