CALL CENTER COMMUNICATIONS PROFESSIONAL
At Doctors Vision Group we are committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our patients. We are currently looking for a Call Center Communications Professional to assist our Optometry clinics.
As a Call Center Communications Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Responsibilities include (but limited to):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
- Assist patients with inquiries, product information, appointment scheduling, etc.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, transactions, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills - must be personable, possess a positive attitude, and thrive on making a difference!
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Detail oriented.
- This is an In Person Role in London, Ontario
