The Franchise Marketing & Communication Coordinator plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating consumer engagement with the Franchisee stores through targeted strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for designing and executing Marketing campaigns that resonate with the Franchisee stores, ultimately fostering long-lasting relationships and driving brand loyalty.

The role is responsible for managing the brand's online presence through various social channels. The duties include working closely with the Franchisee community to develop engaging content, create and an online image that is representative of the brand.

The role will require expertise in creative design that will be essential in creating visually appealing, personalized, and targeted communication to the customers of the Franchisee stores.

The role will also be responsible for managing all SEO activities including content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase Franchisee store rankings on all major search networks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Franchisee consumer Marketing communication on behalf of the Tokyo Smoke Franchisee community.
  • Act as the initial contact point for all Franchisee Marketing initiatives.
  • Take the lead in coordinating and interpreting individual Franchisee needs to create compelling visual Marketing campaigns
  • Ensure franchisee store specific communication is coordinated via the various available social media channels
  • Ensure that the corporate marketing calendar is effectively integrated into Franchisee communication.
  • Create visually compelling HTML email campaigns tailored to different customer segments, ensuring brand consistency and personalized messaging using your design experience to develop good quality creative and visuals.
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Undertake ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute integrated Marketing initiatives, including marketing, design, product, and customer support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEO, creative design, and email marketing to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.
  • Monitor Franchisee feedback and sentiment, proactively addressing concerns and improving overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management demonstrating successful implementation and management of marketing and brand programs.
  • Strong creative design skills and experience using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Proficiency in HTML email design and experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics. NetINsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for customer engagement and loyalty with a customer-centric marketing approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
