We are looking for a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to help shape the voice of our anchor brands across multiple platforms and create persona-specific marketing content for our marketing and sales teams

Your Opportunity:

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for writing and managing content across all anchor brand websites, the corporate website, social media channels, email marketing, and blogs.

You will collaborate with the Director of Industry Strategy and Relations, the eLearning team, and subject matter experts to create both print and digital marketing collateral.

You will also support the B2B sales team by developing scalable content templates, including pitch decks, white papers, and infographics, for sales enablement.

A strong understanding of SEO principles is critical, as you will optimize existing content and develop SEO-friendly new content using tools such as SEMRUSH.

Over time, you will develop scalable solutions for marketing multiple brands within the We Know Training ecosystem to diverse target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and manage content for anchor brand websites, the corporate website, social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and more.
  • Work closely with the Director of Industry Strategy and Relations for each anchor brand, the eLearning team, and subject matter experts to develop marketing collateral for both digital and print.
  • Create content templates for B2B sales, such as pitch decks, white papers, and infographics, to support sales enablement.
  • Optimize existing content for SEO and create new, SEO-friendly content using tools such as SEMRUSH.
  • Develop content marketing strategies and scalable solutions for multiple brands targeting different audiences.
  • Ensure all content aligns with each brand's strategy, voice, and positioning, writing persona-specific content for marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content supports business objectives and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required with strong market-specific content capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and experience optimizing content for search engines (experience with tools like SEMRUSH is preferred).
  • Proven ability to develop content strategies and write for various digital platforms (web, social, email, blogs).
  • Experience creating marketing collateral for both print and digital formats, including B2B content such as pitch decks and white papers.
  • Familiarity with branding, brand strategy, and voice of brand, with the ability to create persona-driven content.
  • Experience working on content development across multiple brands with distinct target audiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good story telling & problem solving skills.
