About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Communication Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage internal and external communication efforts, support brand initiatives, create compelling content, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms in both languages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, has excellent organizational skills, and can collaborate effectively across teams while navigating multicultural contexts.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement communication strategies in English and Spanish, ensuring alignment with Snaplii's brand and business objectives.
- Create and localize engaging content for social media, email, website, press releases, and internal communications in both languages.
- Manage and grow Snaplii's bilingual social media presence (e.g., Redbook, Instagram), ensuring consistent engagement with followers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain cohesive messaging and support campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, KOLs, and influencers across English- and Spanish-speaking markets, driving brand visibility.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns for product launches, events, and company milestones tailored to both language audiences.
- Conduct market research to understand diverse audience preferences and tailor communication efforts accordingly.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of bilingual communication strategies and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with external partners, including agencies and content creators, to ensure bilingual deliverables meet brand standards.
- Support event planning, execution, and post-event analysis with a focus on engaging English- and Spanish-speaking participants.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a communication-focused role, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural context, with experience working with influencers or KOLs.
- Skills:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills for diverse audiences in both languages.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (e.g., Redbook, Instagram) with a proven ability to grow engagement.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution processes in multicultural settings.
