We are currently searching for a Bilingual Marketing Associate who is eager to take the lead and contribute to our high-performing, award-winning Marketing team.

We need a full-time Bilingual Marketing Associate who is fluent in English and French or Spanish. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for planning and executing customer-focused campaigns to support our clients' business objectives and target key decision-makers. This includes developing marketing materials in multiple languages, navigating diverse linguistic landscapes, and fostering relationships with the local community.

The Bilingual Marketing Associate will also:

  • Promote, safeguard, and enhance our clients' brand reputation through direct communication with potential, new, and existing customers
  • Collaborate with all departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and relevance of marketing campaigns across different territories
  • Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and communication strategies for events
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay informed about global trends, industry developments, and changes in consumer behavior across various language markets

The Bilingual Marketing Associate Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or sales or a related degree
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, French, and/or Spanish
  • Knowledge of issues management and crisis communications response is an asset
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and their impact on organizational goals
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills to effectively analyze and respond to customer needs and feedback

Please note, this role is only for in-person work and requires Full-Time availability on weekdays.
