Title: Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

Location: Toronto/NYC Office (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

The Role:

EZRA is looking to hire a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to up-level and execute our campaigns to generate MQLs and driving pipeline growth in North America. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, NA and will partner closely with our Content, Product Marketing, Sales Development, and Marketing Operations teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive impact - Help achieve demand generation goals by creating, and executing campaigns that will drive MQLs, and pipeline.
  • Experiment - Run data-driven experiments to up-level our campaigns and processes.
  • Create campaigns-in-a-box -Turn successful campaign experiments into repeatable programs, increasing team efficiency and impact.
  • Execute webinar, direct mail, and email campaigns - Project manage and execute these campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
  • Campaign impact analysis - Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future campaign performance
  • Enable Sales - Partner with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize impact and drive open opportunities.
  • Everything above and more to help contribute to the team's main goal of maximizing marketing-qualified opportunities and driving pipeline.

Who you are:

  • Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or product marketing in a high growth SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies, including Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot, Zoom Webinars, and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to drive improvements in marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Data-Driven: Extremely data-driven; committed to experimenting until you see measurable results.
  • Writing skills: Strong writing skills and experience drafting short form conversion-based content for email, webinars, or web pages.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Growth mindset: Curiosity and desire to learn
