Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns. Ensuring that all marketing material are in line with the Basecamp brand. This role involves a mix of strategic thinking, creative development, and project management, and requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
Shifts: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Canmore or Calgary, AB
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
- Develop engaging copy for SMS, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with executing and managing SMS and email strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Organize, update, and maintain marketing assets, including website content and internal systems (OTA's/GMB etc..).
- Support all areas of the marketing funnel, collaborating on campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Sales Support
- Assist coordination of outreach to prospective clients, working with the Sales team.
- Provide support for the planning, coordination, and execution of sales and investment events.
- Serve as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth communication and alignment on campaigns and events.
Position Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in SMS marketing platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Comfortable with graphic design and creative tools (experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- To be tech-savvy.
