As a steward of the company's brand and image, the Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing and Corporate Communications lead and will be responsible for spearheading the creation and implementation of external marketing initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. This pivotal role collaborates with senior management to drive sales growth and partners with recruitment to attract top talent, all contributing to the overall success of the organization.

  • Assist the sales team in creating necessary assets for business development and deal progression.
  • Assist recruitment and the sales team with presentations and tours.
  • Develop written content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, advertisements, and more.
  • Create visual content, including photography, videos, advertisements, and more.
  • Coordinate projects with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Assist with development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various online networks.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to refine audience targeting, understand industry trends, and consumer interests and behaviors.
  • Analyze digital data to optimize strategies and achieve better results.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all trade show and exhibition vendors and service providers.
  • Plan and execute company-sponsored events for branding purposes.
  • Provide input on and procure company-branded merchandise.
  • Support internal marketing efforts for all corporate projects.

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing & Sales, Advertising, Business Administration, and/or Public Relations
  • Demonstrated skills in event coordination, content creation, digital marketing techniques and trends, AI, social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions.  
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.  

Eligibility:

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
