Role Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team and spearhead CET's marketing efforts, driving growth and enhancing brand visibility across North America and internationally. You will get the chance to craft and implement an integrated marketing strategy that includes aspects of content, digital, product, event and field-based marketing. You will have the full support of our exceptional team and leverage the reach of our world-class network of dealers to achieve our ambitious goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with CET's business objectives, focusing on brand awareness and education.
- Website Launch and Management: Lead the launch of a new website and ensure its optimization for usability, aesthetics, and SEO/SEM performance.
- Content Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including sales collateral, product brochures, case studies, and digital content to support sales and educate customers.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all SEO/SEM strategies and campaigns to improve online visibility and drive lead generation.
- Territory and Dealer Marketing: Develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to support territory growth and dealer success, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with regional needs.
- Events and Conferences: Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing conferences to build relationships and brand awareness.
- Brand Aesthetics: Maintain and enhance CET's visual and verbal brand identity across all platforms and materials, ensuring consistent and compelling representation.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitor activities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
- Execution and Productivity: Manage multiple projects with a hands-on approach, ensuring timely delivery and high-impact results.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven success in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and other digital marketing tools.
- Deep network of specialized marketing contractors.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for crafting clear and compelling content.
