The bigger picture
We're looking for a passionate, design-focused, and results-oriented person to come on board as our Unified Communication and Collaboration Specialist, at our College Avenue location in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role is essential in designing, delivering, and supporting our real-time communications technologies and Microsoft 365 environment. In this position, you will collaborate with team members and leaders to contribute to the creation of roadmaps and identifying strategies, implementing enhancements and/or new technologies and maintaining the overall environment.
How you'll be spending your time
- Administering, supporting, troubleshooting, and delivering enterprise-level Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Managing and delivering on all aspects of real-time communications technologies including design, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, documentation, and recovery (both hardware and software).
- Managing and supporting all audiovisual devices pertaining to meeting rooms and video collaboration throughout the organization.
- Managing technical relationships with third-party vendors concerning IT real-time communications technologies as they relate to Microsoft 365.
- Supporting ongoing and future organizational real-time communications technologies and operations needs (both hardware and software) through research, analysis, recommendation, and implementation of changes.
- Supporting Microsoft Intune through strategizing, designing and implementing future enhancements.
- Providing tier 2 and tier 3 support for all Conexus employees on technical issues and business operations for the M365 suite as well as real-time communications technologies.
- Strategizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining additional SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and functionality.
- Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.

The experience you bring
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- 3+ years of IT experience in the M365 suite
- 3+ years of IT experience in the Microsoft Windows Platform
- General knowledge of networking - IP, DNS, SMTP
Salary Range:
$77,980 - $97,470 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
