We are looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor to take charge of our company's marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the field of marketing, a strategic vision, and the ability to help us achieve our growth objectives.
Under the direct supervision of the COO, the Senior Marketing Advisor plays a key role in the company's development, lead generation, customer retention, and maximizing the company's market visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals. Identify market opportunities and trends and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Ad Campaign Management: Organize and execute campaigns on Google Ads and Meta by developing and applying a strategy in line with the company's objectives.
- Hubspot Mastery: Manage different hubs and seek to enhance the platform's use (Marketing, CRM, Service, and CMS).
- Brand and Positioning: Develop and promote a consistent and appealing brand image. Ensure the brand is well-positioned in the market.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation and conversion strategies using various online and offline marketing channels. Work closely with the sales team to support their sales efforts and optimize processes.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and present these KPIs weekly to the company president.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources to maximize return on investment.
- Partnerships and Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, marketing agencies, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing strategy or advisory roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Self-motivated in task execution, visionary in marketing approach, and creative in problem-solving.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and technologies: Meta, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and more.
- Significant and demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (the role involves constant contact with clients and partners worldwide).
