Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for Prodigigrowth's digital services and solutions.
  • Create compelling positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to ensure product success.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies.

2. Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and success.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leverage client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as a client advocate within Prodigigrowth, aligning product and service offerings to their goals.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Partner with sales teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Provide sales enablement tools such as presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify and implement optimization opportunities.

4. Product Management:

  • Collaborate with product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with mark et needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between product development, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

5. End-to-End Customer Experience:

  • Design and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Monitor client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, client management, or related roles, ideally within a service-oriented or digital solutions company.

  • Hands-on experience managing product lifecycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
