Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for Prodigigrowth's digital services and solutions.
- Create compelling positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to ensure product success.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
2. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and success.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Leverage client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Act as a client advocate within Prodigigrowth, aligning product and service offerings to their goals.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Partner with sales teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Provide sales enablement tools such as presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
4. Product Management:
- Collaborate with product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with mark et needs.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Act as a bridge between product development, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
5. End-to-End Customer Experience:
- Design and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Monitor client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
