The Western Development Museum - Corporate Office in Saskatoon, SK is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors. This dynamic role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing documents, and assisting with project management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with the ability to think critically and solve problems with professionalism and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and act as the primary point of contact for all CEO-related matters.

- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

- Assist in planning and executing key projects. Communicate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are adhered to.

- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.

- Oversee the retention and disposal of records in accordance with applicable legislation.
