Job Purpose:

Calling all recent grads! We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Product Development Manager and Marketing Coordinator, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging sales and marketing materials in both print and digital formats. This role includes working on catalogues, flyers, product photography, social media, and website updates. The successful candidate will also manage digital files and assist with the setup and preparation of meetings and tradeshows'.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop promotional materials, including flyers and point-of-sale signs.
• Design and print catalogues, flyers, tags, and wraps.
• Conduct product photography and photo editing.
• Create artwork and layouts for seasonal catalogues based on selected items and themes.
• Enhance and maintain the company's social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
• Update and maintain the company website, including uploading JPGs, PDFs, and product information.
• Design customer-specific flyers and marketing materials for seasonal campaigns.
• Organize and maintain digital file systems.
• Support internal and external events, including showroom setup and teardown.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill photo editing and marketing requests.

Knowledge and Skills:

• College or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, graphic design, and content creation.
• Proven ability to lead the design and production of marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Interest in staying updated on digital technology and social media trends.
