- Oversee and manage the company website (updates, optimization, and growth—handled with care).
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the editorial calendar, write and produce engaging content for social media and our online community (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, BlueSky, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Oversee donations, sponsorships, events, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business cycles and with HR/recruitment to strengthen our employer brand.
- Supervise and produce newsletters (internal and client-facing), press releases, and more.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or communication marketing (or equivalent training).
- Solid experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Expertise in digital tools and social media platforms (you know them all: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- A genuine passion for social media and staying on top of new trends.
- Proficiency in office tools like MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills paired with boundless creativity.
- A knack for handling pressure and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with a good command of English (many of our clients speak English).
