MARKETING MANAGER

To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking a Marketing Manager. In this position you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales initiatives.

In This Role You Will:

? Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, product demand, and customer engagement.

? Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising for both B2B and B2C audiences.

? Oversee and assist the creation of compelling content, including brochures, videos, website materials, and trade show assets.

? Manage and enhance the company's website, ensuring strong SEO performance and a seamless user experience.

? Plan and execute trade shows, dealer events, and industry conferences to promote Elmer's Manufacturing products.

? Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools and sales enablement materials that drive customer conversions.

? Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

? Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders including farmers.

? Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

? Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly (LTV - LifetimeValue and CAC - Customer Acquisition Cost)

? Oversee public relations efforts, media outreach, and sponsorship opportunities.

? Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to track customer engagement, streamline marketing efforts, and improve lead management.

? Support the sales team by providing insights, data, and marketing strategies that enhance the sales process.

? Collaborate with product development on market insights on current and future projects.

? Travel as required to attend industry events, dealer meetings, and customer interactions.

? Work together with the Marketing Lead to understand our current state and then collectively create an overall plan.

We're Looking For:

? 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

? Experience in the agricultural equipment industry or a related field is strongly preferred.

? Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing, branding, and content strategy.

? Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

? Excellent understanding of the sales process and how marketing can support sales initiatives.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

? Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Experience with graphic design tools, video production, and website management is a plus.

? Ability to travel regularly.

? A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field would be considered and asset.
