We have a great opportunity for an experienced B2B Outside Sales Rep in Southwestern Ontario.

Our client is building a commercial sales team as they expand across the province in 2025.

We are seeking confident hunters and business developers to sell commercial HVAC Equipment including Air Handling Units and Boilers; hot water tanks, and ASHP's; as well as maintenance contracts.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Able to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
  • Hungry and driven to build a customer base and drive sales with realistic yet aggressive targets that will reward you with a commission structure
  • Adaptable, coachable and willing to change gears and strategies
  • An experienced B2B sales professional with love of utilizing diverse sales strategies including social media, networking, cold calling, and knocking on doors.
  • Experienced selling to commercial customers and property managers.
  • Relationship builders that can build rapport quickly and effortlessly to identify clients needs and barriers and able to propose potential solutions and close the deal.
  • Bring in the results and you can expect flexibility and the ability and trust to work from home and on the road.

Competitive Base Salary plus commission structure with minimum expected on target earnings; mileage; phone allowance and benefits.
