The Position:
We are currently seeking a Brand Manager Marketing. The Brand Manager Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plans and programs to drive profitable growth for assigned brands. Works closely with cross functional teams to recommend marketing strategies, develop tactical plans and execution guidelines. Works with external partners to ensure execution of the marketing programs and plans within required parameters. The role involves agency management, creative development, leading cross-functional teams and collaboration with key internal and external partners. Must be able to balance multiple projects and priorities and have experience in shaping creative content and leading creative discussions with internal and external partners.
What you're responsible for:
- Responsible for leading the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for short and long-term brand building including innovation, optimization, advertising and promotional activities.
- Develop marketing briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria to inform and direct agency and partner IMC development
- Manage multiple agencies and partners (internal and external) to concept, develop and execute all creative and messaging that is relevant to target audiences and specific communication channels
- Act as the champion for brand integrity and compliance in all materials
- Provide liaison with HQ or third parties to source marketing assets, best practices
- Estimate scope of work, prepare budgets, and create plan proposals and execution orders as part of the planning and approval process
- Review key programs to ensure ROI targets are achieved
- Develops and executes advertising and promotional tactics to drive brand revenue, value, and build brand equity.
- Lead communications strategy across all owned, earned and paid media.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
Product and Portfolio Management:
- Evaluates business performance of the assigned brands based on established criteria, identifies and recommends areas of improvements.
- Recommends and leads new branded projects and works closely with product development, innovation, sales, finance, operations, and legal teams in the development and execution.
- Tracks, monitors and measures success of marketing/campaign/promotional initiatives and opportunities with a strong emphasis on data analysis.

To join our team:
- University degree or College equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in brand management within retail, ideally in Consumer Electronics
- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities, utilizing data to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of advertising, media planning, copy development and packaging graphics development.
- A detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A proven track record building relationships, establishing credibility, and gaining alignment with a broad range of internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
