ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents, property adjusters, property managers, insurance brokers, and other key stakeholders to promote our full line of disaster restoration and reconstruction services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
• Continue to build and foster strong working relationships to sell the company's full line of restoration and reconstruction services.
• Attend trade shows, golf tournaments, and events to market services which may include events outside of normal business hours.
• Identify potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience sales, business development or marketing (preferably in the restoration, insurance or property management industry but not required)
• Event planning would be an asset.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in creative tools (Excel, Canva, social media, videography)
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with a major in Marketing would be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of combined marketing and outside sales experience.
• A combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
