Working alongside the other assistant managers (First-Year, Upper-Year, Business) and Head Manager, this role is responsible for helping EngLinks reach out to Queen's Engineers, so all of its services can be experienced by more students. The target audience is all Queen's Engineering students. This is accomplished by producing effective communication and marketing materials to promote EngLinks resources and workshops.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a marketing plan
- Produce marketing and communication materials to promote resources and services to first year engineering students
- Update website regularly
- Manage Englinks' social media: Facebook, Instagram
- Attend team meetings
- Help with workshop sign in
- Monitor and update the EngLinks brand.

- Experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset, but NOT required
Reports to:
- EngLinks Head Manager

- Engineering Society Vice President (Operations)
Work Term:
- May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025
- This is not a paid position during the summer, however, a strategic plan and budget must be created during the summer
Salary/Time Commitment
- $110 Week Salaried
- 7 hours expected per week
- Salary is non-negotiable
- COVID-19: This positions expected hours and pay may vary significantly due to changes in the provincial guidelines related to operations of the service.
