The Corporate Communications & Marketing team at Volaris Group is looking to recruit a marketing intern to support our initiatives in brand awareness, digital campaigns, and data analysis.

Working closely with the team, the marketing intern will contribute to a variety of projects, including campaign execution, market research, and performance tracking. This internship is ideal for a proactive and creative individual looking to build a strong foundation in B2B marketing.

THE CANDIDATE?

We are seeking a student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field who is eager to gain practical experience in digital marketing, reporting, and campaign execution.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once

A self-starter - someone who can take initiative to find solutions to complex questions

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Canva would be an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including social media, webinars, and paid ads.

Gain experience working with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, and LinkedIn (analytics & campaign manager).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This hybrid position requires 2-4 days in the office at Volaris Group HQ in Mississauga, Ontario.

Some travel may be , up to 10% of the time
