RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage sales, develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze business performance data  and implement improvement strategies.
  • Monitor market trends  and provide regular competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Create and deliver advanced solution presentations to address identified customer needs through the company's products and services. Identify Multiverse Computing's strengths and position its products and services as superior to those of the competition.
  • Coordinate and organize technical support for demonstrations, feasibility studies, evaluation support, training, etc.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotes, and value propositions for current and prospective clients.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sourcing and closing six and seven figure deals for new logo designs in a given territory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field required.
  • Over 10 years of business development experience in engineering/technology application sales, with a proven track record of success and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and with other functional teams (development, marketing, project management, etc.).
  • Ability to foster collaboration and coordination with staff located across multiple international locations.
  • Problem-solving skills  ; ability to find solutions that work for customers.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Travel: up to 50%

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Combination of a science/engineering degree and an MBA
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Location:  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
