SUMMARY

Assisting underwriters with servicing files and attaching information. Clerical duties and communication with other departments and with brokers as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following:

  • Assist underwriting staff with servicing files & attaching pertinent information to files
  • Communicate internally with other departments via e-mail and telephone
  • Communicate externally with brokers as required
  • Clerical duties, such as filing and pulling files as required
  • Preparing Certificates of Insurance
  • Editing & formatting of documents using a variety of software & programs
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary $36,000-$40,000 CAD annually (based on experience)
