Position Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Vencora is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for driving the execution of our marketing strategy and supporting the translation of Vencora's marketing vision into integrated, multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on digital and automation. We are looking for someone with the ability to think creatively and help expand the perception of Vencora's brand as a leader in the financial services software market.
In this role, you will support nurturing leads, funnel progression through the full M&A lifecycle, and brand awareness while managing our automation environment. This includes utilizing B2B marketing platforms and technologies, evaluating paid advertising opportunities, maintaining compelling content to drive brand awareness, as well as delivering actionable insights that align with KPIs.
You will be the lead on executing digital marketing campaign strategies through the lens of sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B email marketing campaigns, paid ad platforms and the set-up, launch, and reporting processes of each. You will have experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop email marketing campaigns within marketing automation platform to nurture prospects and drive greater funnel engagement
- Manage the technical process for email campaigns; including set-up, segmentation, QA, and post-campaign reporting
- Assess and support the implementation of paid advertising programs and tools on LinkedIn & Google
- Review social media, website, and email analytics to track trends and opportunities for growth
- Build reports and Salesforce dashboards to share insights with Marketing Manager and M&A leadership
- Work towards the identified KPI goals and utilize analytics to guide decisions for content and campaign planning
- Work closely with business development team to ensure Salesforce hygiene and data inputs
- Support the development of net new content for the purpose of sales enablement and demand generation, as well as improve and update existing content (eg. brochures, event materials)
- Support the execution of Account Based Marketing campaigns for high value accounts
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B setting
- Strong writing skills, with experience in drafting content
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in reporting and creating actionable insights based on set KPI's
- Experience using Salesforce, or another comparable CRM
- Experience using Marketo, or another comparable marketing automation tool (eg. Hubspot, Eloqua)
- Prior experience with SEO analysis and optimization is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
