Role Summary
The Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications and is pivotal in supporting Century Group's corporate initiatives and diverse operational teams, including hospitality, property management, seniors' communities, BlueCity Construction, and real estate development projects. This role ensures all marketing and communication activities align with corporate objectives and maintains consistent brand standards across all divisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of providing exceptional support to leadership and teams, facilitating their success at the highest level. This individual will be highly motivated, results-driven, a strong team player, and dedicated to advancing the Corporate Marketing & Communications function and supporting its Director. They will excel in a collaborative environment, readily take direction, and actively seek opportunities to contribute.
Key Accountabilities
This role requires the ability to work across divisions with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Campaign Development:
Support the Director in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and the Director's vision for corporate initiatives and operational divisions, including hospitality, rental properties, and mixed-use developments.
Collaborate closely with external agencies under the Director's guidance to ensure impactful and consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
Collaborates and guides marketing specialists in executing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal Century Group teams to support initiatives like employee engagement, resident relations, and operational campaigns.

Proactively anticipate the Director's needs and provide timely and well-researched support on key initiatives, presentations, and communications.
Branding & Messaging:
Ensure brand standards are maintained across all corporate and operations communications and marketing collateral.
Lead corporate messaging strategies, including sustainability efforts, community engagement, and public relations campaigns.
Operational Team Support:
Act as a marketing liaison to operational teams, providing strategic support for day-to-day marketing needs, including events, promotions, and digital campaigns.
Develop resources and tools to streamline communication and align operational objectives with broader corporate goals.
Digital Media & Content Management:
Oversee Century Group's corporate and operations social media accounts, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence across platforms.
Support the Director in developing video-based storytelling and user-generated content in partnership with creative resources.
Ability to produce short-form video content for social platforms and mentor specialists.
Event Support & Coordination:
Plan and execute marketing efforts for internal and external corporate events, such as sponsored events, tenant appreciation events, and community programs.
Cross-Divisional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Century Group's Marketing & Communications team on shared initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.
Foster positive relationships with Operations teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Metrics & Reporting:
Reports directly to the Director, Corporate Marketing & Communications.
Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the Director Corporate Marketing & Communications.
Successful execution of projects and initiatives as defined in collaboration with the Director.
Identify areas for continuous improvement in marketing processes and tools.
Mentorship & Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Education & Experience
7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with exposure to operations, real estate, construction, and hospitality.
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience in corporate communications or operational support is highly valued.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Proven ability to create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into actionable plans.
Proficiency in emerging marketing technologies, CRM platforms, and digital tools, including those required for video-based story-telling, and a desire to strengthen skills in this area.
