About the Role
As the Business Development Lead, you'll be the leader of our Aluminum Door venture. From strategy and pricing to customer relationships and fulfillment, you'll own every aspect of this exciting new venture. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape a brand that's innovative, customer-focused, and built to last.
What You'll Do
Build & Lead the Business
- Launch and scale the aluminum/glass cabinet door venture
- Develop pricing, vendor relationships, and business strategy
- Manage inventory, costs, margins, and supply chain variables
- Set and track performance goals
Drive Business Development
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle
- Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and build systems for growth
- Identify new opportunities and build lasting partnerships
Own Product Knowledge & Execution
- Be the go-to expert on aluminum door products and applications
- Support technical sales, design, and shipping
- Develop catalogues, pricing tools, and sales resources
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve escalated concerns and improve customer experience
- Represent the brand with integrity and a customer-first mindset
What You Bring
- 3-5 years in sales, customer service, or project coordination
- Experience in millwork, construction supply, or related industries
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something new
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
